Short answer. Yes. It does feel easier. I do feel like I have more energy. My will is being broken and I almost feel like food is just for nurtrician and not to actually enjoy.
This was also the first day on the detox I had a full day of work.
My attitude is starting to improve. I feel like I can do this.
Breakfast: Guess
Snack: pickles - glorious pickles
Lunch: chicken kabobs and an eggplant dip
Snack: Shake
Dinner: this glorious slow cooker recipe over brown rice.

This was some of the most delicious spinach I've ever eaten and I actually like spinach.
So day 4... things are looking up a bit.
