Day 1

I have been told that the first three days of a detox are the worst.   I hope that is the truth.

I think the biggest challenge I am going to face with this detox is eating as often as they want me to.  It feels like just when you finished your last meal or snack you need to start getting your next one ready.

Breakfast:   A shit ton of supplements.   And the detox powder.   I mixed it with some almond milk... with a fork.   It tasted really horrible and was still so powdery.    I am going to get a blender.

Snack: almonds and apple slices

Lunch: I sautéed some onions, celery and carrots and added them along with cut up chicken breast to a pot of chicken broth.  Then added some quinoa.    It was fine.



Snack: another shake.   Blender this time.   Improvement!

Dinner: Ground turkey, roasted eggplant, brown rice and marinara sauce.

And of course SUPPLEMENTS.

Rage Level:  Moderate
Headache: Severe
Fuse: Short
