Day 2

Breakfast:  Supplements and a shake but turns out almond/coconut chocolate milk makes the shake almost taste okay.  

Snack: a coconut milk yogurt and some almonds.

Lunch: Hamburger with just lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions

Snack: Shake (duh) but now I've upgraded once again by adding a teaspoon of almond butter!

Dinner:  Same as last night and most likely what I'll be eating tomorrow too.

Rage: Waning
Headache: Still There
Fuse: don't fuck with me
